History

Hintsoft Solutions was founded in 2023 as an independent corporate finance and business advisory firm, specializing in complex transactions across the CEE and DACH regions. Since our inception, we’ve supported a wide range of clients—from SMEs and family businesses to multinational companies, private equity investors, and financial institutions—in navigating financial decisions with clarity and confidence.

Most of our transaction activity has taken place in technology, industrials, manufacturing, energy, and healthcare, but we operate with a sector-agnostic mindset, offering tailored solutions to each client’s unique situation. Our mission is to deliver independent, reliable, and efficient solutions while always acting in the best interest of our clients.

We believe that successful financial decisions are built on strategic thinking and comprehensive market insight. We are committed to providing reliable financial advice and strategic guidance to help businesses thrive in an ever-evolving market landscape.

Team

Our strength lies in combining strategic insight with hands-on execution. With extensive experience in corporate finance, fundraising, and investment transactions, our team brings broad perspective and practical know-how to every engagement—without the brand constraints or off-the-shelf solutions often found at larger firms.

We operate with a core set of values: independence, discretion, client focus, deep expertise, and long-term partnership. These principles guide everything we do and are the foundation of the trust our clients place in us. Backed by a wide-reaching network and industry knowledge, we’re equipped to support businesses at every stage of their growth journey.
